I used this app to prepare for my first half marathon. I've never been a runner and had no idea what to do but I felt so prepared on race day. I beat my planned time and was comfortable throughout the entire race. I'd recommend this app to others, especially since it's free!

I really like the pacing feature. I am just concerned with the runs changing/adjusting after I do my first week run. I hope that is how it's supposed to be. I will hopefully be running my first race (half marathon) this June so I'm relying on this app to hep me get there. Thanks!!


Nice coaching app

This is perfect if you haven't got the hang of gauging your pace. Pushes faster in interval and increases challenges slow enough to not be overwhelming but enough to push you. I'm not great at being consistent and over do it to make up for it. This sets a pace for me and offers me reminders and breaks to help with that.
