Love the update - updated response

AmmoJedi

Response Updated 20 June 17 I have been using the app for a few months now since I've paid for the service. This has become my favorite running app. I used Nike+, MapMyRun, Strava, Runkeeper, and Apple Watch's Activity app, and RunGo seems to be the best. Not only can I draw out a route on the Iphone, everytime I travel to a new location, I look up routes shared by others. I have been able to run towards a route and it gives me directions of when I get close to intercepting the route and picks right up when I join the path. I enjoy the haptic buzz prior to a direction change and was surprised when the voice actually said the street name correctly. Dinwiddie Drive was not a word I expected the program to say. I tried the "live run" feature yesterday and my wife was able to track me along my run and sent me texts of encouragement as she saw my pace and path. The only problem I am currently having is that it does not update as an activity on the Apple Activity app. It did at one time, but I can't figure out how to make it do it again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. -------------------------------- To be honest I haven't used the app to run since the update today but I'm super excited that you gave us the splits as promised. When I wrote your tech support to ask about it, you said it was being captured and code was being written to display it. And today it is here. Thank you for that. I'm a little disappointed that I can't see more than 5 or 6 miles without paying for the service, but understand we all have to make a living. I will probably pay for a month to see all the benefits before I go for a yearly service. I missed the opportunity for a lifetime service and hope that option becomes available again someday. Thanks for giving us the splits for continually improving your app.

Love to map my runs

Corp1ml

I love this app because of the turn by turn directions.

Good but buggy

OFuser

Works well for the most part but occasionally reverses directions in a bizarre fashion. Also doesn't upload splits or record actual track for iOS activity app.

Amazing app for runners

Ldm1066

I love this app. Especially useful when traveling. Directed me through central London streets and Hyde Park trails with amazing precision. My only suggestion to the publisher is to be more prompt about telling me I missed a turn - e.g. After 20-30 feet would be great. Otherwise 5 stars without hesitation.

This is the app you've needed

Cowp

Look up, or design from scratch, a route, and receive turn-by-turn cues. So simple, so useful. I'd give six stars if that's a thing you could do. Seriously. This is exactly what every runner needs, with an added bonus that the humans behind it provide prompt & cheerful support.

Rungo is the best app for any runner

FunBlindBoy

I love rungo so much. I would not be able to confidently run the route that I run without this amazing app. Because I am visually impaired I use RunGo to keep me on course and pace while I run.

Almost perfect

MrCavalier35

I know that they are adding features, but as it is I love this app. I just moved from the US to Europe, and having the turn by turn guidance on my Apple Watch without having to have my iPhone with me is amazing. I also paid the very reasonable price for a subscription so that I can easily import and export routes and workouts to and from other running apps. Rungo is awesome.

Good app

Kasem 009

Over all it is a nice app but still Fitbit is the best!!

Love this app!

Keeps me up at night

This app has allowed me to safely run all over the city!

Not good for indoor

Bottlegirl

I run indoor tracks a lot and I'm having a really hard time finding an app that works for indoor tracks. I realize it has to do with the GPS and just being in one spot basically, but the Garmin has the indoor running and tracking down really well. Therefore, there should be an app that can do this as well. It's very difficult when I know I have run 2 miles and the app tells me I've only run 1.4 miles. That's off a pretty good bit!!
