No guide, no instructions, no how to, just 1 screen displaying a circle, and 100 different ways to upgrade to the paid version. 2 stars.
Great, but still seems to be evolving

I've been using the app for a month now, and I like the ease of use. However, there still seem to be some bugs to work out (my profile keeps changing my age, and asking me to buy a subscription even though I have). The latest update is less intuitive, but if you stick with it & tap on everything, there are some neat features to be found ( I especially liked the riDNA upload). Here's hoping it keeps improving.

iPhone X can’t purchase off the updated screen. Double tap functionality not working. Hard to like N app you can’t even try ?

My only complaint is that you are lead to think it’s a free app but to actually get any answers it’s all about money

I tried to figure out how to unsubscribe and still got charged while on the trial because I did one heart Rhythm test and just found it stupid. Yet - $10 later even though I thought deleting the app from my phone would unsubscribe I got charged. I want my money back.
All the free features were removed

Was pretty cool until the last update, when basically all the free features were removed and made paid. I’m sure the paid app is cool, I just think it should’ve been made apparent in the update that you’re wiping the free stuff. It feels sneaky and underhanded. Just be honest about what you’re doing, instead of hiding it in ‘big fixes’ and ‘upgrades’.

This has got to be the worst tracker app. Inconsistent readings. Always changes my data and now they charge just to monitor heart. What a joke. So many other options available for free or cheaper. Stay away from this app and check out google or even apples fitness app.

I don’t understand “WHY” the change?!?! I thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from the previous set up. This new version is hard to navigate and I can no longer save my workouts!!! Considering ending my relationship with this program!!!
