Just some advice for the development crew. Create an option for nightshifters. Just because I have to leave my phone alone for 12 hours at work (7p-7a) doesn't mean I'm sleeping. The app logged my sleeping pattern pretty well when I first downloaded it, but I was on regular day off when I did so. Otherwise, seems nice. I'm sure the DNA stuff is good, too, I just don't have the money to pay for a kit, so I'll keep the free version for now.

My only wish is that it could connect with my wearables (Fitbit)!!! I'm excited to see what the DNA interpretation says and it definitely takes management of health and fitness to the next level!!!

After a workout I take my heart rate and I guess an updated version just does a general bpm measure instead of being able to pick which HR I'm measuring. I don't want the app thinking my working HR is my resting HR when it's almost twice as high... bring back whatever you had in mid July.

I go to the gym quite often but I turn my phone off (as I should)! The app doesn't count the "steps" or activity and I cannot for the life of me find a way to add later which skews everything I believe... otherwise has some cool features/insights. Unsure if I'll keep paid sub

I have reached out to the rhthm guys about receiving a refund on my purchase and have only been met with radio silence. I would advise caution in paying for this app unless you are absolutely sure you want it.

This app is amazing, love that I can track everything in one app instead of having 10 apps for the same thing.

I recommend this if other methods of trying to lose weight aren't working or your motivation goes down... the food timer is really nice so that you make sure you only eat when you're hungry not when you're bored.

Can you guys please make this compatible with my Apple Watch reading for the heart rate monitoring. It would be much more convenient. Besides that I love the information inside the app it's great.

This looks like it would be immensely useful. However, the interface isn't very intuitive and there isn't much explanation. For example, the sleep measurements are off and I'm not sure how to adjust them. How are the recommendations about meals calculated? Do I need to periodically hold phone to my chest for updates? For features that are part of the subscription please explain more what they are and how the information would be useful. I'd love to use this if I had more of an explanation.
