HELP
Zappa409

New input: I have AFIB. Your heart rate is one that can actually read my heart rate. I have tried and purchased MANY heart rate applications. None can give me a valid heart rate. If they do pick a number it’s after long stretches of time and being told to Hold Still by the application. Just FYI. I can’t say it will work for all AFIB suffers, but I does for me. Thanks I love y’all! But I can’t get app support. Apple suggested I use this method to reach you. We have had contact prior. I received an email from you and I failed to understand the instructions. You gave me a code but I did not understand I needed to enter it. I’d like to take advantage of that code but I can’t reach you. Please help. And I love the application!!! Please re email me. Thanks ? THANK YOU FOR YOU HELP! I Love you guys. Keep it coming. I look forward to your innovations! Yours, Emma PS you requested I email y’all. I can’t seem to do this. The site presents a circle. I can’t find a way to email you. You app is cool. Your method of reaching you leaves a lot to be desired. Like how do I email you??!?!

Awesome
Patsyjeanne

I’ve been impressed with this app. I check my pulse daily and did the assessment of cardio -very impressed

I don't get it
??mega

There's this whole section about DNA that I have no idea how to use. It'd be great if it could link with my 23 and me account and other exercise tracking apps. Waste of $10

Cool Application
Zappa409

I have been with y’all a while. I have watched the evolution. You have come a long way. I have AFIB. I believe your heart rate application is capable of correcting reading my AFIB heart rate. I check my self as the application suggest. I will say the diet take adjustment for some of us. I recommend this because the information it provides. Thanks y’all!

No customer service
Nothingiwilluse

Design keeps getting less intuitive
mountainmanton

The design of this app seems to keep getting less intuitive and more chaotic. Where did meal tracking go? What happened to the ability to set different goals for the fitmoji coach? Also miss the ability to look through different fitmoji workouts and do those at will, for an extra boost when I have spare moments.

20 day reflection of calories burned vanished
thatchickspencer

I really liked this app for comparing stats daily, but due to today’s update, I can’t see the calories I’ve burned total for a day (I’m asleep well before midnight.) I hope this returns, it’s the only reason I have this app. (Everything else I get from the built in apple-heath app.)

Great but some glitches
Annoyingpear1818

I have been using Rthm for the longest of time and with this new update comes some glitches. Today I had a heart rate assessment but I accidentally tapped the screen which ended it. I am no longer able to take it again. Please fix this!
