Usability nuisances

Recent update missed a few easy ones: Affordance: please make clickable things look clickable. Style: please support Dark Mode Focus: please activate the cursor in the PIN field at app launch - it’s annoying to have to touch select it before typing a PIN. I don’t recall the previous version working this way.

The keypad no longer pops up first One extra tap The keyboard is smaller Why? Once I enter the PIN I have to find the submit The previous button was located next to the keypad OK there are 2 improvements The next code is more intuitive which will help new user find it the firs time And for those unfortunate enough to have multiple Credentials it is easier to manage That said the Microsoft Authenticator manages multiple codes and is friendly to those with only one. In summary the new design introduces a greater level of UI complexity and frustration while providing no additional function to the majority of all daily users. what If the app offeresingle/multi mode with streamlined UI for those of us whose only issue with the old UI was it was ugly and verging on Steampunk? Of course I have no expectation of any response Look how long it took for this horrible update to brew My only hope is that my employer dumps RSA. Which is a distinct possibility considering it here are more than one viable and secure options

google authenticator let’s you back up or transfer to another phone yet this seems like you have to request a new one just to do that!

I don’t want to put on my reading glasses just to see what I type in for my passcode. Please maker the app more accessible friendly !!!

Really? You took a perfectly usable user interface and made it complete garbage with numbers which require glasses to see and submit button hidden under the pop up keyboard so you CANNOT WVEN HIT IT. Dumb. Fire your designer.

After the app installed itself and erased what I was using before my banking became a nightmare!!!! Locking me out of my accounts and preventing me from doing my daily transactions, I wish I could give this app 0 starts!

It was completely removed from my iPhone as it’s no longer supported and now can’t sign into my job. Worse thing ever, should be sued for distress
No copy function
no copy function
Can no longer copy pin code to paste if using on same device as VPN client. Why? Now you have to try and memorize.
