I hate the update

Y’all just mess up my online banking with this app over and over again when y’all do updates. This is getting really annoying and upsetting! I only add 1 star because I couldn’t post without leaving a star. This app updated for the worst and not the good, better, best.

The new app icon is unrecognizable and now you have to click more times than before to get your code. Why would you change something for the worse that wasn’t broke in the first place?

It Keeps Changing?

Used RSA app forever for VPN. Then it abruptly changed to SecureID (white/blue)??!! Then abruptly back to RSA (red). Now back again to SecureID? Can you make up your mind?

What if I get my passcode wrong?

The old app would allow me to go back to the passcode entry screen if I entered it wrong. This version seems to be missing that relatively important feature. Beat workaround I could come up with was to swipe up to being up the list of apps which takes focus off rsa and resets the view. Needs work.

If it’s not broken, Don’t fix it. I want the older app.

The old design worked great. It went from my favorite app to my worst app on my phone. The most important feature was the copy and paste of the token. Now I have to take a screen shot and look back. That is much more secure. Good job RSA. I guess RSA wanted to save money on program testing. I wanted to give this app 0 stars, but 1 is the minimum. Fix the copy and paste and I’ll update my review.

please implement Dark Mode, plus make the “submit” button more prominent

This was a very baffling app redesign – it made it less obvious how to submit your PIN (why doesn’t “Submit” look like an obvious button?), and updated the UI without supporting Dark Mode (which isn’t just a stylistic choice – it’s an accessibility issue). And the redesign seems to be optimized for the small percentage of users who manage multiple tokens, at the expense of the vast majority of us who only have one token to manage. As with most Enterprise software, it delivers bare utility and doesn’t care much about usability, which is a shame – with not too much more effort, this could be a pleasant app to work with.

Reset expiring time when new code is generated

If generated code is expiring soon then user have to wait for new code. There is generate new code feature but it will not reset expiring time. Generate new code should reset the expiring time otherwise it is useless. It is a very short time but you tend to loose your train of thoughts.

Why the redesign

???

Everything about the redesign is worse than before. Just because windows tried 8 doesn’t mean you have to make a terrible UI as well.
