Quality not good enough for the homeless

This is the worst store/app ever. I ordered a double breasted Camel jacket (size L) and I received a beige jacket (size XXL). The jacket itself was poor quality and it looked like a cheap Inspector Gadget Halloween costume. I chalked this one up as a loss and threw it in the trash because the quality was TOO POOR to give to charity. Fool me once Rosegal... PS I wish I could give them 0 stars because the shipping was also late.

I placed an order on 9/07/17, and the item stated that it would take 5-10 business day to ship, fine, I get that, but 9/21/17 was 10 business days. It is now 9/23/17 and my item still has yet to ship. The shipping itself says it will take 10-25 business days, so at this rate, I may not see the coat that I ordered until spring.

Couple things you have to consider before ordering from this site. (Think of it as rules to fight club, but rules to ordering cheap clothes from china) 1. Almost all of these things are coming from somewhere in the China/Taiwan area. If you get free shipping or standard shipping you WILL wait a month or more to get it. I always use 3-5 business days. I always wait until I have over $50 in my cart before buying to lower shipping costs. You can also use coupons to counter balance the shipping costs. I also pay for tracking number as I've read some reviews that didn't go as well. 2. Pay attention to the notes. Some things are ready for immediate packing. You will probably get those things in 3-5 business days if you pay for it. If it says "will be ready for shipping in 5-7 business days" they're serious. Your items will ship in 5-7 business days and then you will wait another 3-5 days for it to arrive. They also will split your order and ship them when ready, instead of the whole order if they're waiting on something. 3. GET A TAPE MEASURE AND MEASURE YOURSELF. Read the sizing charge for EACH item. They are not all created equal. In US sizes I fit an XL and some Items I ordered XL and some 3X even 4X, as long as I follow the sizing chart it fits well enough. It's easier to tailor in than out if you love it. 4. Some products are cheaper than others. Read the descriptions of what materials they're made of. Even better read the reviews if they have one. 5. It's recommended you pay with paypal over a direct debit or credit card. I've done both. My order was received faster when I paid with my debit, but I guess PayPal is more secure and you can file a claim if you don't receive your order and get it reimbursed. If you're in a hurry for anything... pay for expedited shipping or don't order at all, and even then expect an extra week on it just in case. They shipped one order out with DHS shipping and it was good with tracking and whatnot. They shipped my second order out with EMS and it was a little less attentive with updates and access to it. So far I've ordered 4 dresses (2 for me and 2 for my kids) and they fit pretty well. I'm waiting on my last dress right now. I ordered a long sleeve tee that is nice cotton and comfortable. I've ordered two shower curtains of a nice polyester quality, the colors were a little off from the photos but I don't really care. I ordered a lace choker that fits fine, but the clasp is cheap (I paid 1.47 for it, so no biggie). It's cheap stuff from china, I have low expectations to start with, so I'm very often happy with the final results of my low priced purchases. You get what you pay for and honestly, it's a little bit better than anticipated.

I like the app, don't get me wrong, but you should be able to use multiple coupons on one item and as many "R points" as you want on one item.

This app is a scam. I payed for 2 fidgets spinners in June and they still weren’t delivered. The app just takes ur money.
