Item way too small and I ordered two sizes up. And for the life of me cannot reach customer service. I left a review for product with photos to warn other buyers about product and rosegal won't even post my honest review. I never leave app store reviews but they really have upset me

I have been trying to contact this company for the past 2 weeks and their phone number never works and stated that the call failed. I have only received 1 item out of 5 that I ordered. I placed the order March 26th and it’s now April 13th. Seems like it will be a month before I receive my items if I get it at all. This is a shame and won’t be ordering again. It would have been better if I was able to talk to someone and see what’s going on but you can’t even do that.

Clothing misrepresented. Didn’t fit though I bought plenty big (couldn’t comfortably bend my arms!). It wasn’t even the category of clothing it was pretending to be (a shirt versus a coat). Horrible synthetic, scratchy fabric, lots of loose threads and other marks of shoddy craftsmanship. Can’t return, keep getting the run around in customer service. Been trying to return for weeks. Can’t leave a review. Just keeps giving me error messages. Frigging scam if you ask me. Apple should remove this app!

It’s been four months now since I ordered three shirts and paid over $50 for them and I only received one in December the rest of them haven’t come and they won’t refund my money this place is a joke I would never order from them again. And it seems I’m not the only one that’s been ripped off

I do like the clothes on this app. I just wish it would stop crashing!!! I’m scared to purchase anything because I don’t know if it will go through.
