I love this app I ordered a lot of things from this app and I absolutely love it.
They are a scam!!

I paid for an item over a week ago, and paid for fast shipping, but it just kept saying processing. I tried to reach out to RoseGal multiple times with no reply. Finally I got ahold of them, and they tell me they suddenly don't have the item anymore, but if I want to buy a different item I could use the money I paid as a credit. They are clearly not a reputable company. They lied about the products they have, avoided my questions, and then tried to up sell me on something else. I told them I wanted a refund before, but they told me I could only use the money I spent as a credit for something I didn't want. They are scamming people to try and force them to pay more and get items they don't want. RoseGal is defrauding customers and ignoring customers until they can try to force them to buy garbage they don't want. Run Away Fast!!

You have to be patient, realize it's coming from overseas, and if your top/pants cost $2.99...what do you expect? Hate negative reviews from people who are not familiar with how overseas companies work. This is a fine company and the deals are great. Clothing quality is ok...don't plan on making it more than a one or two time use item. Thanks RoseGal!

I don't care what these other reviewers say I ordered some clothes came in less than two weeks. The site is easy to use great styles they do run a little small so buy a size up. Other than that I purchase from them on a regular basis!!!!

What a great store. Love their clothes, also a great price. Will be purchasing a lot more clothes. This site is NOT A SCAM! I have ordered from Rosegal several times. When I needed to contact them I received their reply the next day. When I needed a refund from them, they put the money back on my credit card. Stop complaining.
