I sent ltc to my roqqu address for over 48hr I can’t find the ltc ever since

Please Roqqu this is the matter of urgency, my money was removed from my account and up till now nothing has been done I have written to you guys several times I even write to you through the live chat in the app still no positive response, I have sent you the video of my account transactions and still nothing what kind of a costumer support system do you operate

You guys have one the poorest BTC transaction process if not the worst I have seen.. I am yet to receive the coin sent to my bitcoin address which is not the first time this is happening.. even after all confirmation has been made by the block chain network.

Roqqu have scammed me #50,000 today 30 December 2021 I received Bitcoin to this fake Roqqu account and I sold this Bitcoin to them and I was credit to my Roqqu Naira balance account and I withdraw total amount of #50,000 to my GTBank account and my account name is Blessing ededhor my account name on Roqqu is blessing ededhor.this is a scam people should not do it they are scam

I think Roqqu is the best among the rest. But they delay in customer service I've been trying to reach them for the past 4 days now. No one to reply me can you please work on that cause it concerns my inaccurate balance please...
