I made a deposit on the 11th of November 2021 to a Raven vendor with the correct narration but my deposit has not yet reflected on my roqqu wallet since then... I have been chatting the support on the app but I'm still getting no replies... Roqqu is really not helping matters for me and I appeal you should give me back my money with immediate effect !!!
