I sent Bitcoin to my Roqqu Bitcoin wallet But I didn’t receive it since yesterday I can’t see it on my Bitcoin balance or in the transaction But I copied the address of my Roqqu Bitcoin address and paste on Blockchain explorer it shows that the coin was received and still in the wallet

I appreciate this opportunity to express how I feel... I'm yet to receive none of my coins back... I have transferred satoshis of Bitcoin to this app but yet to be received... I transferred 15.XRP but I'm yet to receive it... I bought airtime worth up to 8300 but none came... I have really been extorted by Roqqu I have lost a lot of coins from may till today… this is so so annoying???? I hate the customers services... None of my lost funds has been resolved... God I hate your customer service so much very incompetent bunch of crap

I just opened a new account, had Bitcoin sent to the wallet, am trying to withdraw the Bitcoin into bank account and it asks me to verify with my NIN, I have the number with me but for up to a week now the verification process is not working, I’m supposed to get a code to my phone and behold no code was sent, in order to resolve this, I decided to talk to their customer care, and no response from anyone of them till this moment, sighs this is so annoying

I wasn’t able to make a transfer of coin due to poor network service. It wasn’t successful but I was deducted and without any proof in my summary. The wallet I was supposed to pay to did not receive the coin. Please what do I do. I’ve email and texted In app but no positive response. You asked me to wait for 12hrs for more confirmation but it’s more then 24hrs and nothing has happened.

The app was introduced to me today, and I gave it a try, bought some coins with it then I transferred those coins to my trust wallet. Till this very moment, I haven’t receive the coins I transferred from Roqqu to trust wallet. So I went to Roqqu Facebook verified page to lay my complaints... They sent me a link, some livechatlink that I can use to rectify the issue... Few minutes later, I noticed they’ve wiped my entire Roqqu account clean. Leaving no dime left. I believe with the link they sent to me, They gain access to my account, bought TRX with my money and transfer it to another TRX wallet address. Roqqu is fraud.
