The layout and look are really nice! But accessing directories listings, a key component of new communities I build, is missing. The complete navigation of the web app must be the same as in the mobile app. Until that happens I will never recommend this app to a client for real world use unfortunately. Users need to be able to search and join channels in the app. Get that nav complete and fix a few of the video/photo uploads you have a really nice platform!
Good app but needs bigger font option

I like the app, but for those of us getting a bit on the wee end of life we could use the ability to make the font in conversations bigger. Otherwise, well done you.

I love this app. Thank you Rocket Chat for everything you do and the constant updates to the OS you provided.
Bad last update for IPod

Everthing seems to be OK until this last update. Now the font is so large it’s not workable. Plus, this app uses so much more battery on my iPod and on my iPhone. 58% iPod 17% phone. Any fixes for this?

Rocket Chat is so misleading. It makes it sound like the app is fast and modern. TugBoat Chat would be a better name as it more accurately connotes slow and awkward. App is the opposite of user friendly. It’s slow and hangs and doesn’t support anything special in the messaging (no videos or gifs, etc.).
