I use this app for my work chat. It could be improved but basic functionality including SSO support works fine.

Updates don’t load or take a few minutes to update. Very unreliable on mobile. I have to force close it a few times for it to work. Not location specific or device specific. Happens on my iPhone as well. Works great on a computer though.

Our company uses Rocket Chat and it is awful. This integrates with trello and allows to invite third parties which is great when you have to work with partners with a client. Recommend 100%

1. Chat scrolling is super choppy. As people contribute the screen jogs up and down as you scroll making it very hard to read 2. Finding the “ last read” red line is a pain. Have a button to hit to go to the last read section of the chat instantly. No one has time to scroll for minutes to find it, especially in a stock room chat where time is $$ Fix those two fundamental problems and rating goes to 5
Doesnt allow you to specify port or accept self signed cert

Love rocketchat and use it on my laptop with a personal server I run for my family. However I cant connect to our personal server through the app because it says the URL is invalid if you specify a port number following the IP/FQDN. I also cannot accept my self signed cert. Please fix this.
