Unless you want surprise charges on your card AND pay a subscription fee!! They saved me $15/mo on a $400 bill and debited $72 from my account. This is a fraudulent company only looking to pad their pockets as opposed to truly helping consumers.

My husband died recently and I was going crazy trying to track down all of his monthly subscription charges and cancelling them. I bought the premium subscription and within a month all of his subscriptions have been tracked down and cancelled, saving me potentially $600 this year. It also makes it easy to check on all your accounts from one app with having to log onto all of them, making it much easier to spot a suspicious charge and take care of ASAP.

Signed up for this service this morning, NY the afternoon I had charges pending on my account for over $3100 and another for $63. SCAM!

Subscribe to something and forget to cancel? Wonder when a utility bill suddenly got so expensive? Want to see all your debts in one place? Want to feel like you are keeping track of your money without having to check 10 sites? Wonder what bills are going to come out if this paycheck? Yes? Then I recommend Truebill. Easy to use and understand without being even a little annoying—plus I’ve had my utility bills renegotiated (40% to the negotiator) and I feel proud of myself even though I made no calls myself to beg for some loyalty credit. Truebill is a very nice app!

Customer service is nonexistent

I have messaged customer service twice, in order to get instructions on how to cancel the service that will be billed to my checking account each month. No reply. No email. Nothing. From the sounds of other reviews it will be months before I hear from them if it all. The only thing I can find is how to delete the app and that will not stop the money from coming out of my bank. I am not deleting the app until I cancel. And if I have not heard from them before the next billing cycle I will have to go through my bank in order to stop payment on this crap. I would also take care if you are using this app to lower bills, they might get you a lower rate by cutting out services that you’d rather keep. Less data, Any international calling on your cell phone plan, Insurance on your thousand dollar phone, the number channels on your cable, downgrade your internet, these are all things you can cancel on your own, you don’t need their help.

No matter what format I use, says invalid phone number. If this is a US only app, then mention it up front clearly in the description.

Awesome! But....

I love the interface and attention to detail and the ease of use of the app. This is the budgeting app I’ve always wanted. However I can’t add my Merrill Lynch benefits investment account; every time I try to add under the investments tab, it rejects the tap and goes back to the main homepage. Bug maybe? Would really like the app to take into consideration that info.
