I downloaded the Truebill app & signed up for Premium to get some help cancelling some subscriptions & lower some of my bills. First up: my Verizon bill. I entered my Verizon credentials & was asked for my Verizon authentication code. I received it via text & plugged it in. Nothing happened. I got another text with a new code in it, plugged that in, nothing happened. I tried it one more time & had the same result. Gave up & moved on. I had a subscription that I cancelled. When I was asked for my billing address, their Google search couldn’t find it & there was no other way for me to enter it. I cancelled the subscription, deleted my account, & deleted the app from my phone.

Helps me keep track of my bills, also found that I had subscription that I was not aware of. Highly recommend you may be surprised.

Dont trust this app especially if they promise to reduce your bill. Not only do they make big promises and charge you for it but they dont even deliver on theses promises even if they do its for a short period . They promised to reduced my Comcast bill , i paid the fee and the bill got reduced for only 1 month and became higher after which makes no sense. I liked the app at first cause it helped me manage my expenses but how can you trust them with ur financial records if they conduct such false advertisements.

Actually, I find this application really helpful! Today, when it's already downloaded, it's much easier to control all my bills, subscriptions and requests. This app helped me to save some money, so I think it's worth it!
