Find your cravings via our intuitive search or browse the menus of restaurants near you to order coffee, lunch and dinner right from your phone. We’ll let you know when to leave for pick-up. Your food and beverages are made fresh and ready when you arrive, so you can be in-and-out in seconds. You’ll also collect points on every single order. You can use your points to unlock special offers at your favorite spots, or redeem them for $ to spend on free coffee and food anywhere on our network.
Ritual makes it super easy to pay with either your personal or company credit card. Businesses can also conveniently subsidize coffees, lunches, dinners, or treats for their employees through Ritual.
Note: Ritual will only use GPS when you have an active order, so you can get your food and preserve battery life. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.

Customer support is absent

May 3, 2020...Would be 5 stars but I recently made an order for pizza from a local shop but it was closed. Why is the app allowing u to order from a place that’s closed? I walked to the pizza ship and the doors/windows were boarded up. Sent a message within the app to what I believe is “customer support” to get a refund, twice. No replies/no refund. If you’re using the app, make sure the place is open before ordering bc u probably won’t be getting any customer support whatsoever or refund.

At a minimum, allow us to enter custom tips. The default only allows 3 levels, all well below an acceptable tip.

This app works well for me and my fav barista. Ordering ahead makes it all flow. It is especially helpful during pandemic paranoia. The only thing I touch is my phone! I would rate 5 stars if there was a way to enter a custom tip.

Good food but

Chilly shrimp are really good. Only one problem at a suppose high end Chinese restaurant you really should have the black string in your shrimps lack of cleaning which should be unacceptable granted it was one out of 6 but common.
They force you to use location services

... or else you can’t use the app. They do not allow you to simply search or browse the map. Then, they check location at weird times day or night, even when you haven’t opened the app in hours and you have no active order.

I love using this app. It’s convenient and I enjoy the rewards. Unfortunately I get the incorrect order around a third of the time!
