The app crush after I’m update it and not lemme to sign in at all!! Better u guys fixed ur app and maybe I’m consider used others app, even tho more expensive but at least they care with what customer need it!

Poorly trained staff giving invalid and incomplete instructions. Initiated a transaction on Friday and money sent to agent on Friday itself. It’s already Monday passed in India . I called to the CC they told that there is a tech issue with the agent in India so it might take one more day to deposit. In the Conversation Customer executive told “It is the problem with agent not with Ria”, all of a sudden I thought am I the customer of Ria or to the agent. Atleast they should inform us about the status that there is an issue and the delivery might take one more day. They didn't told that and moreover customer executives are so rude and even they didn’t have a smooth attitude. Pity on Ria. This is My last transaction with Ria and no one use Ria from my family anymore. Thanks
Too slow transfer and long CC wait times

I transferred on Wednesday and called customer care on Friday since money was not deposited. CC rep said money will be deposited on next Tuesday since it takes 4 business days (after wait time of 30min to connect to CC) :(☹️ This is too slow and looks like they are operating in cage ages:(

Hi Guys, I have used Ria and trust me it’s a night mare. They are a pool of liars who fool around people by giving wrong commitment of instant transfer. I made a transfer more than 48 hrs ago for a family emergency and they have still not deposited the money. They keep me waiting on the calls for so long and provide insufficient information. Every time they say it will be deposited soon. That’s it. Really!!! I strongly suggest not to ever use Ria money transfer.

1. Always need to select the country to send. App doesn’t remember the country I sent last time 2. Lots of inputs needs to be entered compared to other money transfer apps 3. App failed on IFSC validation. I tried the IFSC look up and my banks IFSC populated. when I tapped on submit got the same validation error. Finally I had to open my laptop and used Ria website. Website worked really well.
