Pathetic app, pathetic customer service and unreasonable delays in transfer. Worst service provider whether you use app or web. Avoid it!

Horrible app and customer service! Called in to correct a misspelling in my recipients name and the person that did it changed the state where he was to receive it. I had to call 4 times to have it corrected. After 5 calls, being hung up on twice they finally resolved it. I will stick with xoom for $1 more.

No Remember user id feature

He sido cliente de esta compañía por vario tiempo esta compañía en lugar de dar un mejor servicio al cliente comportarse como una compañía que en verdad es lo que representa y lo que dice para mí el servicio que dan es terrible falta de seriedad y de valores que le deben al cliente por eso estoy sumamente molesto con el servicio que ellos brindan

Good luck getting hold of a good customer Support person who can speak properly to you in English. Lucky if you know Spanish. Also their phone line is not clear. Cannot understand the words clearly due to phone line problems. If everything works out online and if you need not have to talk on phone to a customer support agent in English then Ria is Useful otherwise too much time waste talking to the support on phone.

Have been using ria for more than 2 yrs. Had it as first choice as it was quick and no charge for small amount trasfer. Now they charge 1$ per transfer and still take more than a day to complete the trasfer. Pathetic experience.

Forgot my password and they can’t resolve the issue and there app is the worse ever it just keeps scrolling as well in the desktop

Bad UI support.

One of the most glitchy app with awlful user experience. Hard to believe they are able to keep the customer base up with this UI and UX team. Please learn a thing or two from Remitly or Xoom which have a great user experience in using the app. Need a great deal of revamp for the application to showcase their product. Hope you can come up with better UI app. This is one is like a college project application.
