Too slow transfer and long CC wait times – Ria Money Transfer: Send Money Review

I transferred on Wednesday and called customer care on Friday since money was not deposited. CC rep said money will be deposited on next Tuesday since it takes 4 business days (after wait time of 30min to connect to CC) :(☹️ This is too slow and looks like they are operating in cage ages:(
