Love the pedals!

Dr. GAustin

Reverb is a great place to buy and sell pedals. Good prices, good community, and if the pedal is not what you’re looking for it’s easy to sell it to someone else on the site. Have had nothing but good experiences with all the sellers and buyers I’ve dealt with. Great site!

Poor payout timeline

E Moehawk

Still haven’t been paid for items delivered weeks ago. Had to search the app and site for hours to find customer service. Who still has yet to reach me. I will not be using this service again unless my losses can be returned. At witch point I will update my review. Thanks, good luck!

This app is horrible. There are negative reviews but the reviews also have five stars? No dark mode. Watch list isn’t searchable. Buttons are mislabeled.

Reverb is a game changer!!

Can’t say enough good things about this app.. great selection of new and used gear!

Love this app! But…

Areo910

Okay I use this app a lot I have not problem with it I can buy things fast, and get things pretty quickly even with refunds it easy. But the only thing I would add is simple I wish there was a dark mode available cause I use the app mainly at night, and I can’t really see I know it sounds a bit silly, but I just wanted to say if there’s an option.

Watch out for your tax!

ThisAppIsHorrendous

I am deleting this app after my last purchase goes through because I cannot get anyone to accurately explain how Reverb.com is applying taxes. I have reached out to support and they refer me to my state or a blog post that refers me to my state. The problem here is that Reverb’s numbers do not reflect what my state says the tax should be. If a state says 7% and my numbers aren’t lining up, no one at Reverb.com can tell me how it where tax is being applied. Unfortunately Reveb.com says it’s out of their hands, but it leaves me uneasy that no one can explain what is being taxed and where. Other similar sites seem to line up almost to the fraction of a percent, but this site doesn’t somehow. I have no problem paying what is legally necessary, but it is uncomfortable to get the run around when numbers don’t line up. Free advice: Be very cautious when doing business through this company and add a very wide margin when you bid.
