So confused.

Okay so I got this app bc I wanted to know who unfollowed me. So it looked good and professional and everything but it kept bringing me to the log in screen when I was already logged in. So I hit back and it brought me to my profile and stuff but it wouldn’t stop loading. So idk ab anyone else but for me this app was crap and a total waste of time.

I’m paying for nothing! I’ve emailed SEVERAL times and nothing from support. I am a paying subscriber too and I can’t get it to work! Keeps asking for me to login and I login and it keeps taking me over and over back to the login. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! I can’t believe I’m paying for this and no one responds or gets back to me about the issue I’m having

I’ve had this app for a few months & it was great at first but now it has logged me out of my ig account & wont let me sign back in. I’ve even changed my password a few times via my laptop to make sure it was accurate & still nothing. I also contacted them about this issue & they have yet to respond. I’d search for another app if I were you.

I have used the free version of this app for awhile and decided to buy a year subscription since someone blocked me and I was dying to know who. It worked wonderfully for a couple of weeks. Now, I can’t log into the app anymore. It kicks me out every time I log in. I have emailed the support twice and no response. I would give 5 stars but I have an app I pay for that I cannot use. Very frustrating.
... scam that’s what it is... purchased the year membership and it stopped working...
