Horrible – Reports+ for Instagram Review

I’m paying for nothing! I’ve emailed SEVERAL times and nothing from support. I am a paying subscriber too and I can’t get it to work! Keeps asking for me to login and I login and it keeps taking me over and over back to the login. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! I can’t believe I’m paying for this and no one responds or gets back to me about the issue I’m having
