Having problems and dislike the new update

I’ve been using it for a long while now that i actually bought the premium pack just to see if it worked(still don’t know 100% if it’s credible or not). Anyways i’ve been lately having some loading issues were it doesn’t let me unfollow people that follow me and I also can’t see any pictures of anyone’s profile through the app anymore, I’m pretty sure it’s a bug for this never happened before. I’ll also add that I really dislike the fact that you guys took out content from the first page were it used to tell you how many profile stalkers you have, now you have to assume in another page.

my app should’ve last until july of 2018. however, the app no longer works and i have received no responses to any emails sent for months. if my app will be reinstated my rating will improve.

I have noticed that the more followers I get the more this app completely freezes and does not load pass 30%. I was very happy in the beginning as the followers lost/gained is accurate, but now it is not working and taking way too much space in my Iphone. Very frustrating..may have to delete it.

The app worked great for a while... Until the last update. Keep in mind I only use the app to see who unfollows me, a pretty.basic function. But since it last updated, it loads significantly slower. At least half the speed it used to. And now it won't let me unfollow users from inside the app, so I have to individually look up the user names of the accounts I want to unfollow. Not sure if these are bugs or what, but if they don't clear up soon I'll be looking for a new analytics app.
