Could not get ahold of anybody on the day before my vacation. Left on hold for an hour waiting for service, emailed with no reply. Avis would not honor my deal. 4 kids disappointed. My vacation is ruined thanks a lot. Would give 0 stars if I could. Now I’m out 650.00 thanks a lot!

You risk booking a reservation that will not be honored. Rental company on site cannot help with reservation issues. Not their problem. RentalCars gives the runaround refusing to take responsibility. They are not even located in the United States. Refund process is a joke. Customer Service is non-existent. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Both the Rentalcar.com and the Budget Rental car phone numbers are invalid.the only valid phone number on this reservation is mine. It says you can make changes to your reservation. I just tried to shift pick up and drop off times from both being 15:00 to both being 20:00 same days as reservation and the price goes up €100??? Long time ago I swore I’d never use Rentalcars.com again, now I remember why!

You may not realize it, but Hertz has gone out of business! When I arrived at the Appleton Airport last week, the Hertz counter was demolished. None of the other vendors had cars available. Neither you nor Hertz advised me of this situation. Needless to say, I won’t be using your services in the future! Dales

Good but needs a fix

Great app and easy to use. However when I am about to finish, it tells me the payment doesnt work and wants me to call the rental to fix, So i start again and same happens, only to find out I now have double booked, so now I have booked and paid fot two cars amd need to cancel one, which is ok but takes too many days to get a refund.

Reserved a Mercedes Benz A-class. Which is a compact luxury sedan. “Or similar”. What do you understand by “similar?”. Sure, a BMW 3-series would be ok. An Audi A4. I’d take a say, Acura too. I get to the rental counter.. what do I get? A Renaulr Kadjar, which is: - Not a sedan, it’s an SUV - Not compact, it’s big - Not luxury, rather low-end So there; you book something… they’ll give you whatever it is they want. They don’t care. It’s false advertising at best. It’s outright fraud at worst.
