I get to the rental counter.. what do I get? A Renaulr Kadjar, which is: - Not a sedan, it’s an SUV - Not compact, it’s big - Not luxury, rather low-end So there; you book something… they’ll give you whatever it is they want. They don’t care. It’s false advertising at best. It’s outright fraud at worst.
