Didn’t refund me my money ,Non professional, ignoring mails and customer services

I canceled a car more than 48 hours of pickup. They site took 75% of the money and refunded 25%. When I asked europcar they don’t deduct money on cancellation at all. So even though I canceled very early, the site took most of money. And I contacted customer service and mailed them, never got a reply, they ignore you till u give up. I’m sure the high ratings here is as fake as their services

You should Alphabetize the airports or list by state. Scrolling through all those airports, that are randomly placed, is time consuming and frankly ridiculous

I have had a really good experience with this app the cars that they offer through all the reputable rental companies and they honor the pricing.

I booked two rentals without checking the boxes for added insurance. However, I was immediately charged insurance for both rentals. Then, I discovered that the company is in Auckland, NewZealand. Never again!
