When I search for rent car , I can’t search in Arabic language. I hope they fix it soon
Confirmation number means no car

I booked a suv on this site and received a confirmation number but when I showed up to get the suv they told me they were out. I told them I had a confirmation number but Avis said that don’t hold cars for Rentalcars.com buses only on confirmation number. Don’t use this site unless it is not a critical rental. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
The app works well.

I have used the app for a few rentals in Europe and have not been disappointed. I recommend it.

I booked an intermediate size SUV, and noticed recently it was downgraded to a smaller vehicle. I emailed their customer service, and though the course of a few emails was pretty much told to either try to book again (there are none now available) or just deal with it.

It is really easy to find your match, and thats not the opposite sex. I dont think i could find better prices anywhere else. I did try.
