Fails to connect

Even with QR code and I work with technology for a living so I'm tech savvy but something is seriously wrong with the program. Running iPhone 7 plus with iOS version 10.3.3. Broke after update
Always have connection problems

Im tired of try to reconnet... always have problem with connecting between my iphone-mac.
Media remote does not work

I upgraded to pro also and payed the $1.99 to have the media remote function - I want to control play/pause as well as volume of music on my PC from my phone or some watch. The play/pause as well as arrow buttons are absolutely useless. The volume control works fine but that is all I got out of the upgrade. Convenient app otherwise but considering the media control was the only reason I got it, I'm out $4

I was so disappointed when my Logitech touchmouse app wasn't supported anymore. This is a great app with a lot of customizable features.
