Nice app easy to use and no crashes

First of all there are three separate packages to be unlocked and the way it was portrayed it seemed the “Pro” package includes all but it didn’t so if you need the Media and Web Control you need to buy them separately. When you buy the Pro package it asks you to download the pro app which every time you open it shows an “Update Available” dialogue even though the app is the most recent, the link takes you to the non-pro app. Additionally, while I’m using a good WiFi router the cursor response has a significant lag and its motion is very discrete, hard to navigate.

Great app, would love to be able to save settings

Great app, works seamlessly and with minimal configuration. It would be great to be able to save preconfigured computers to connect to - in my case I can’t find my laptop automatically so I have to connect by IP and it looks like I have to do that every time. Anyway, other than this small request which is probably unique to my setup, great app!

Always says connection failed for a laptop right in front of it that it’s recognized many times!! Don’t waste your money!!!

The app is excellent when it’s working. Unfortunately I’ve had a consistent issues for a few months now where I am regularly unable to connect to my desktop. Instead, at the top, it says “Connection Failed”. I’m on a fully updated iPhone XR and I’m connecting to a Windows 10 pc. I’ve checked out the FAQ but nothing that was recommended has fixed my problem. I’ve found the ONLY way to fix the problem is to disable and then re-enable the WiFi on BOTH devices. Sadly, this bug is happening too regularly (about every other time I boot the app) for me to leave a high rating. Without this bug, this is a 5/5 app

It’s great (when it works)

It’s a well thought out app with a very convenient premise. Unfortunately in practice it is a lot more frustrating. The app regularly refuses to connect, seemingly at random making it a very unreliable method of controlling your PC or Mac from a distance.
