Freezes on iPhone/iPad

I have made several inquiries in the past several months, with no response from the vendor. There has been no updates sense iOS 7. Allot of things broke in Remote HD when iOS 8 came out. It would appear that this app is no longer supported.

This app is incredibly slow and clumsy.... Perhaps this app would have been acceptable 20years ago but definitely not in this day and age! I think that one would be better off with a long stick. If I could give it zero stars I would do so. I am amazed that this app had any good reviews.... Perhaps the good reviews were submitted by the app programmer.

Putting it very simply the app froze on my phone as soon as it loaded and the remot helper download from their website froze up 3/4 of the way in and never finished loading on my computer. Tried both numerous times with no success. A total watse of time and money.

It's disappointing the developer seems to have abandoned this app. This was the best simple remote app I had on my iPhone 4s.

This app works well to look at your laptop screen and be able to click things, but you cant drag things, it runs slow, and most other parts of the app just glitch or freeze...

I have been using this app for about 3 years and I have always loved it but for the past month it won't let me click on my computer. When I open the app it prompts me to click on my computer and when I try to select it it won't open nothing happens. I have to delete and reinstall the program and after I close the app it happens again.
Don't waste your time or money; too buggy

This is the first review I've ever written, because I hope no one goes through what I went through. I bought this app buying into everything they said it could be. After downloading, I could control my computer 1 time successfully without audio streaming. I went through every page on the website, followed the directions and repeated with no luck. Every time I open the app I have to make sure I'm clicking the buttons in the right order or I will encounter a bug that causes the app to malfunction and stop working all together. If you rotate the phone, then change menus you will encounter a bug. If you try and RATE this app while using the app, you will encounter a bug (hmmm how convenient ?). The webpage associated with this app is not thorough and has ONE bug known. Using this app for only a few minutes I encountered over 8 different bugs. These app developers care more about making money then writing and re-writing their code. Manual connection does not work. Connecting over the Internet does not work. 99% of this app DOES NOT WORK. I am so disappointed, this app is NOTHING like it says it would be and costs every dollar it says it would. I hope everyone reading this will stay away and buy another app instead because this one is not worth your time or money. I would have no problem giving this app 5 stars if it actually did what it claims to do. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening.
