Remote HD is paid iOS app published by App Dynamic

I would give it "0" but there is only "1"

It doesn't work as a Remote Desktop control on Macs. RemoteHelper has to be installed on Mac computer in order for the app to connect to it, but apple does not allow it. So, it's waste of money!

Can I get my money back....this is a rip off

Don’t bother with remote view on your phone.

Airneil

As far as I can tell, when in remote viewer mode, the only thing you can see is the upper left quadrant of the screen. It’s not possible to scroll the screen so that you can see running applications off the viewport. Other reviews have covered my major gripes with this app. Specifically, the lack of ability to effectively scroll. Tapping on the screen in remote viewer mode should move the mouse to the location tapped. However, the screen on my phone is little more than a backdrop. I can see the close/minimize/maximize buttons on the corner of the application I can see, but if I try to click them, the mouse jumps away. The mousepad function appears to be mapped to the whole screen. If I move the pointer to the lower right corner of my iPhone screen, the mouse cursor moves all the way to the lower right corner of my computer screen… Far off the screen on my phone. I guess what I really want to say to the developer is that if you are going to have a remote screen capability, then you should have the whole screen represented in the app. If that’s not possible on the iPhone, (5S in my case) then that feature should be CLEARLY outlined with it’s limitations.

Best keyboard/trackpad for HTC

MarkGR

I've used this app for a couple years as the keyboard/trackpad for my home theater center. So much more convenient than keeping a physical keyboard and trackpad sitting around the room. And the direct access to special functions like media control is very handy. I just wish that it would get refreshed, it's been a while since it had a version update.

Does not work any longer!

Video streaming via airplay does not work on iOS 7 devices or mountain lion.

I purchased this app to stream audio from my computer to my iPhone. It is WAY OVER-PRICED for doing that function, but I couldn’t find a lot of other programs that would stream audio, so I bought this app. The only other app I found that had similar functionality was PocketAudio. I decided to purchase this app because the other app didn’t have much in the name of reviews, although the other app was half the cost of this one, so with hindsight, I might have been better off purchasing that one first. Anyway, not too pleased with this app overall. Setup is not very straightforward (it promotes itself to be that way, but unfortunately it doesn’t function quite that easily). It has very little documentation. And if you’re lucky enough to find any information about how a specific function is supposed to work, the information assumes everything works exactly as described, which it does not. I have a 2011 MBP 16GB RAM running OS X Mavericks, trying to stream to my iPhone 5s. I got the audio to stream to work once, but the app kept crashing. I finally got it to connect again, but it took a bit of reset, restart, reconnect, etc. It has latency issues, which is fine, because the whole purpose of this is to not be at the same location as the computer, so that issue becomes somewhat moot. Anyway, many frustrations. An app that costs this much should work a little better than this right out of the box. Oh, and did I mention it was way over-priced?

i used to love this app. it lets you remote view your pc on the phone. but it won't ever stay connected. you have to constantly restart the helper program on the pc, defeating the purpose of the app.

Don’t buy, save your money

The app does work, kind of. There’s horrible latency even across a fast LAN with the router in the same room as my Mac and iPhone. The audio also varies massively in volume output on your device, blowing your ears out one moment, and playing for the ants the next. Save your money.
