What happened??

This update took out anything of value from this app, it was stripped bare. Took out a bunch of editing modes including video??? Why? I also had a problem where I couldn't use this service on my iPad and when I reached out (3 times) to customer service I was ignored. Now it's useless and I'm uninstalling. This app used to be amazing you guys should just shut this service down. All the people you scammed.

I used to give it 5 stars, the perfect app for enhancing photos. Now…I can only enhance once? Why?I still watch the same long ads. AND to save the last photo, I gotta wait 8 minutes without exiting the app? You have gotten so greedy developers, and that’s such a shame.

I have an annual subscription and after that awful update, it doesn’t work and cannot connect to servers!! it’s for many times that write reviews in 2 days and nothing happen from you!!

The new update is trash, it doesn’t make my pictures look better anymore. It makes my pictures look super pixelated in HD if that makes any sense. Just go back to the old version please I use this for business purposes and can’t count on it anymore. The update is the definition of why change something that was already good to begin with lol

Although the app appears to provide value in photo refinement, it is a time-consuming, mind numbing experience to use the free version. Essentially the product managers for this solution clearly do not understand the freemium model. A potentially great product is hidden with annoying ads and a complex UI that blocks users from evaluating, enjoying and eventually upgrading to what might be a great product. Avoid this download to not waste your time.
