I had an old picture of my little brother who die about 15 years ago the picture was blurry and that and memories is all I had I’m thankful for finding this app thank you creators for the good app
App does NOT work!

For the second time in recent memory, the app refuses to load for me. Instead, I receive a message that reads, “Sorry, can’t connect right now! Please try again later …” Try again later? It has now been several days since I began receiving that message. How much later do I have to wait? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, connected to the internet on different networks, and restarted my phone a couple of time as well. Predictably, nothing has worked. Like most users, I am appalled at the loss of features on this app. But, I now feel compelled to tell others to stay away from this app. In February, my yearly subscription was automatically renewed, yet I am not getting any use out of it. I expect I will be advised to write customer service. I already tried that, yesterday morning. As of tonight, I have yet to receive a reply, let alone a solution to the issue. I want an update to this app that at the very least works.

I've used Remini exclusively for video enhancement and had bought several cards. I now have paid for something I'll never use because I don't need nor do I like the new photo enhancement AI. I'll be canceling and I guess I'll just eat the cost of the cards I purchased for video enhancement. It's disappointing.
Where is the meta data?

App works well, but the new photos don’t contain the source meta data unfortunately

What on earth were y’all thinking when you updated this app and attempted to make it better. You took all of the features away and left us with only one feature. Where is my history? Where is all the photos I’ve worked on before. You’ve ruined it! Since you decided to take stuff away, you should reduce the subscription price.
