Look, I’m pretty left leaning. But when I tried to find the other opinion on Reddit, I could not find a single right wing subreddit. It’s not productive to censor people, we should be trying to have rational discussions.

I grew up using this website, and was undoubtedly politically-influenced. As I grew older, I began thinking for myself and questioning the views of my peers no matter what side of the political spectrum. It has become evident that this website boosts certain views using upvotes and recommendations, while suppressing others by downvoting and shadow banning. In result, this is an echo chamber of dogma. If you post any alternate view you will be attacked by Reddit keyboard warriors. This is a company that boosts posts and comments that may advance the leftist agenda. It is not a crime to be a socialist, but it is a deep crime to censor. It is not a pure “public forum”. It is more of a “publication”. Be aware of the sources by which you obtain information.
