I genuinely believe Reddit is the most toxic social media platform. When I first started using it, I was able to learn a lot and join really supportive/encouraging communities. I don’t know how the experience changed so drastically. All I see are people (mostly bitter dudes) complaining about women and bullying others. Many times I’ll see catfish pictures with fake captions that go viral. The users on this platform will use any excuse to bully people and argue in the comments. There’s a reason that the term "Redditor" and "Reddit moment" have negative connotations. I’m very happy that I deleted my account.

User here are racist, and you’ll get hate for expressing your opinion as an individual of color, and get no help from the moderators, as they are one sided as well. Deactivated my account, and deleted the app as a whole and never returning. Quora is where it’s at!
