I didn’t want to write a one star review but my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The app gives me a white screen after typing in my address. Tried to submit a form using their website but get an error. Super frustrating.

Reminds me when it’s pick up day and has a comprehensive list of where to put individual items so I can avoid putting things in the wrong bin.

App’s Onboarding is broken

Don’t bother with this app until developer (I’m talking to you, Municipal Media) fixes their badly-broken Onboarding flow. After confirming municipality, notifications, and address, the app displays onboarding views. After swiping through four pages of onboarding “fluff” they present a green Okay button. Tapping on the button does nothing, app is hung. Okay, force quit the app and relaunch it. Gray screen appears, stays indefinitely. Okay, delete and reload the app. After answering the municipality, notifications, and address questions the Onboarding flow is presented. Tap the “Skip” button hidden in the upper-right corner, it changes to gray color but does NOT dismiss the Onboarding flow. Seriously, is this the best you can do?
