I downloaded this app yesterday and I deleted it within an hour. None of it’s features work, any input is met by an error code message. C’mon guys, before you put an app out— TEST IT!

Keeps crashing

This sounded like a useful app; alas I can't try it because it keeps crashing on my iPad Air 2 with iOS 9.2.1 installed.

HCIA is promoting the app, but the information on it is dated (all from 2015). Also it requires the user to know what zones they are in -- why not use the location to tell ME what zone in in? How am I supposed to know? Current HCIA ad urges us to recycle electronic waste, but app has no info when and where. HCIA needs to update the info.

This information could be presented better by a single page than by this poorly laid out app. When trying to select my "zone," my area of the township (Loveladies, NJ) wasn't even listed. Verdict: not ready for public use.

I downloaded this app as the app MyWaste stopped working. This app does not work either. After entering city and confirming the app package downloads goes to the splash screen then closes. Contacted support and they are looking into the issue.
