Has confusing subscription options. Meant to download a trial and can’t get it to stop renewing via app! Very frustrating

Does not allow you to cancel subscription. Because of this, I was charged after the free trial even though I could find no way to cancel subscription. There is also no way to contact help within the app; only FAQs.
