No audio on recorded call

This app failed to capture audio in a very important call I had. I did tests before hand to ensure I knew how it worked so definitely not user error. I contacted support and received a link to a FAQ. Terrible app, terrible service.

stops recording without warning. Texts stop regularly also without warning and cancellation is horrible process. The cancellation and refund process is insanely complicated. I’ll never use apple pay again
