The review field has a 300 character minimum. I typed out a long review, but it’s not counting the characters. It says 0/300 no matter how much I type. So obviously, I can’t post a review. What a waste of time.
Nice facelift, but very buggy!

Search doesn’t work whatsoever. Login and password reset broken. Hard to find providers. And so on.

The app must have some sort of glitch. I have received over 100 emails back to back from this app after I downloaded the app and created an account. Now I have to mark the email as spam so the notifications would stop chiming on my phone.
It’s okay crashes and won’t allow sign in

This app could use some work. I love scrolling through to view others reviews and experiences with certain doctors but I don’t like the fact that the app will sign me out randomly or crash unexpectedly. I’ll keep getting an error message saying OOPS! With a sad face for an image. I was logged out of my account. My Face ID log in won’t work either. Even entering in my passcode manually won’t work. Liked it up until this point.

This app has such potential. I like it but wish there was an option to filter out most recent posts. I keep seeing reviews from like 2012 and it hard to find recent reviews. Some things don’t even have dates on them. Also I’d like to be able to access the forum through the app. I think that’s why it’s not as popular, because you can only see it through the mobile site or on the computer. I’d like to be able to see who is active and posting to have conversations. If these things were fixed, this app would be amazing.

I like this app a lot. It has helped me get through post surgery by posting and reading people's post. I wish you could edit and delete things you have posted without having to email them to fix it.
Can't figure out how to post anything on this app it's frustrating
