I asked a perfectly reasonable question that had been asked MULTIPLE times before but I wanted to reask and attach a picture to get advice for my specific case. AnjaRealSelf decides she is a doctor and that I am asking about a sinus problem and that isn’t appropriate when I was asking why my eyes look like they are different sizes and if it is something cosmetic or something about my sinus. She didn’t even give the doctors a chance to say whether it looked cosmetic and just decided herself. Inappropriate and needs better moderation. Will be deleting this app because of AnjaRealSelf.

I wanted to post a question but it wasn’t approved because there were similar questions that already existed. I was given links to them, but they don’t work in the app - only in desktop. Please make your app functional!

I can’t put my finger on it exactly, but it just doesn’t feel overly easy to find what I’m looking for.

Please fix trying to read replies to your comments. The thread just loads and loads and I can never see what people wrote on my questions or what I’ve written on other peoples. Very frustrating. There should also be an “thread” in the app to access the replies and comments also. Other than that I love the concept!!

Most Turkish doctors on this app is able to delete bad reviews. This app is horrible. I got tricked into coming to turkey for 21 days for rhinoplasty only to find out it was all fake and it’s cuz of this app

App search function returns irrelevant results and does not filter properly by distance. Completely maddening to try to find a specific surgeon or procedure.

When you have a bug that persists MoM why do you even keep that branch of the application on prod? Just tell your users you hate them lol. When attempting to play a video in any corner of this this application (uploaded from a patient or provider) the app stalls, leaving you with one option: to force quit. All the other actions become inoperable, and you’re stuck with a spinning wheel… until you force quit and have to start your research over. I’ve been using this app for close to a year, and have never been able to play a video. There have been no major improvements to the search function, history or saved items and I would not describe the app as enjoyable to use at ALL — it is simply necessary, and actually quite frustrating if you’re attempting to research properly, cross compare practitioners and organize your plans.
