I have a hard time updating my status I have to go online instead . It doesn’t work well. There should be some options to edit your pictures and reviews in case of misspellings or any other thing but there is no option for That. Very dissatisfying

Why can’t I ask my question through the app?

Not enjoying

I have typed it out over and over and still it is asking me to post a question when I already have written my question in the question box and more details in the other box. Why is this app not working?

I’ve downloaded it twice and tried to set up an account and it keeps saying login error !! How is that so when all my info is correct. It’s not user friendly ! Don’t waste your time downloading this app.

While I appreciate the personal reviews and experiences of the patients, oftentimes I find the reviews to be pretty old -going back years, sometimes. And in this age of rapidly advancing techniques and new materials, it gets dated quickly. I wish more subscribers would post pre and post procedure photos, and updates after their procedures. Good, bad, or indifferent. Without updates and revisions on reviews it kinda leaves the reader hanging.

Ive been using this app for a minute and I absolutely love it. It’s so easy to navigate and very informative.

I like the app and the purpose of it. But I find it very difficult to navigate. I click on one thing and it brings me to something different, it can be hard to search, screen switches fast. It just needs to be a-little bit more clear and user friendly

I like the app but..

..when I choose specific topics I want on my feed, I expect to ONLY see those topics. For some odd reason, it always seem to default to showing you everything. I don't want to see "everything". I just want to see the TWO topics I chose. Fix it! UPDATE: I sure wish when I select “Delete photo” the photo would actually delete. Instead, it does nothing as if I didn’t do anything.

Love the idea, and for the most part it works so I can post my review and update as needed but it doesn’t load anything on the main screen when you look for providers or other reviews :( Will update my review once problem is fixed
