Well, I have always wanted an app like this that could read to me whenever I was bored. Thank you guys so much especially for this free, incredible app. Other apps I tried I had to pay for it. Thanks again ♥️♥️♥️

This app is inaccessible and nearly unusable to blind and low vision users that rely on Apple Voice Over for text accessibility and general app navigation. While navigating the app voice over should announce screen elements as they are touched, but the titles of the stories are not announced so that a voice over user can even determine if they want to read or listen to a story. This is an app I was very excited to see showcased in an Apple news article but disappointed that basic user accessibility features for disabled users are not implemented. Please fix this, there are millions of potential readers around the world who rely on Voice over and also love great stories.

I’m an avid reader and an amateur writer. When I’ve saw this app I had hope this was one of those read other people’s stories and write your own. This wasn’t the case. This was an app where you had to pay to read and that’s it. Paying isn’t the problem. It’s the ability to not being able to publish your own writing and getting responses from other readers. I hope in the future you guys will take into consideration that many of the people who uses your app want to be write not only read.

As a content ptovider, Serial Box is hard to beat: wonderful writers and great voice performers. As an app, though, Serial Box is dreadful: constant crashes, inability to automatically advance to the next chapter after one completes in any sort of intuitive way, and sound quality on high speed playback is dreadful - listening at 1.25 or 1.5 speed is headache inducing and its definitely an app.issie, not an issue with the sound files.

The stories are great and I especially like flipping from reading to listening when I drive to work!

I started with Ninth Step Station and now I'm hooked. Such a great way to read (and listen to) new stories!

Update to the previous review (keeping it below). No more crashes! It still feels like there are too many taps necessary and the app shld know “me” more (like not show me “ads” for shows I already bought). Previous review: Quite literally the only app I have that crashes 8 times before I can use it. Sync fails more often than it works. I kinda wish the content was on a less unreliable platform like Audible.
