Neat idea, execution needs work

pearible

This review is of the app’s UX, not story content or production - library management needs work, and you need the ability to: a) see and sort stories by genre, b) see and sort by who the narrator(s) are, c) and “favorite” particular stories, or otherwise flag them for later review or purchase (just adding a and b would probably deal with this adequately).

Notification Hell

Arcsech

The content is pretty good, but the ads in my notifications just won’t stop. I enabled notifications because I wanted to know when a series I preordered came out. And the Microfiction Mondays are pretty good! But the ads I just don’t care about just won’t stop.

Amazing

Priitmaxx

Simply amazing!

Great app

Paulvidich

Great story telling in installments the way Charles Dickens first presented his novels, updated for modern technology.

Easy and fun

It’s fantastic, cool stories that I can read while on the train or listen to while jogging. I love being able to switch between reading and listening!

Update turns good to great!

Ramuh21

The recent update fixed the issues with the audio playback in previous versions of the app, allowing listeners to enjoy the content without frustration. Keep up the good work!

New version frequently crashes

Piston Shortpants

The new 2.01 version frequently crashes on startup. The stories are great but I often can’t get to them to read or listen to. Very frustrating… On the times it does start up I don’t seem to have problems other than that my “Library” contains lots of series that I sampled the free previews of but haven’t purchased (yet).

Awesome App!

nevdnz

This app is great! The content is awesome and the UX is fantastic! Really well done!

Great stories, a minor quibble

Allison Fr.

I’ve loved the stories in all genres (sci fi, thriller, historical fiction). However, the app doesn’t have a sleep timer function, which would be so nice! I like to listen when I go to bed, but it just have to let it play to the end of the chapter and then try to figure it where I was when I dozed off, which is a minor hassle. I’d love to see a sleep timer in an update.

Something I relay want

OofNinaOof

I wish that you can search books bc all of the books aren’t for me and what I mean by that is that I’m not allowed to read those books so, can you please put a search button?? Thank you!
