Force off doesn't work?!

I bought this mostly because of force off feature. But when I reach daily usage time, the app just pushes a notification once and that's it. Where's the force off feature?

So far this app has been perfect and really helped me to be more mindful of phone usage. I thought I would find it needing to be open to track screen usage annoying, but I actually really like it. It means that if I don’t want it to track something as part of my screen time, such as reading an ebook, I can just close the app and then reopen when I’m not reading. Easily opting out of tracking “productive” screen time was something I couldn’t do with other apps and I really appreciate being able to do so with this one.

I am so mad. I just lost 12 coins even though I completed the screen-free challenge. I went to a different app first but that doesn’t mean that my challenge was unsuccessful!

I downloaded this app to try to reduce my phone usage, but when i got this app it was so confusing and there were so instructions on how to use the app. All i saw was a bunch of dashes and buttons! I deleted this app after a few days because I just couldn’t figure it out! I would consider repurchasing this app if more instructions are added.

paid $1.99 for the upgrade and not a single feature works right. screen time is inaccurate, doesn’t send notifications i asked it to, etc. get a different app

I’ve used this app for a few years. It had worked well during this time. It had almost the exact features I wanted, and I had been happy with it. Sadly, since I downloaded the new iOS update, it has stopped working. I mean, literally, it registers zero minutes even as I continue to use use my phone for hours a day. I haven’t been able to find any information online or from the app developers about what has happened. I’m deleting it today, and will be looking for a replacement app.

Update: I still can’t get it to work and my email went unanswered to get a refund or fix it. Scam. Glitchy and useless. I downloaded and paid for some features because this app is exactly what I wanted. I ensured that my location was specifically marked “always” on in settings and that background refresh is on in settings. I turned the settings for “low power mode” to off to ensure background refresh would always be working. The app says I’ve been using my phone 0-1 minutes when I’ve been on it at least 30 since I downloaded it. It reset the number of pickups and the time randomly. It looks great and has tons of potential but honestly, if it doesn’t work — just refund the money and I’ll find something actually useful.
