Highly Recommended

The app (free version) does what it's supposed to do and I think it's a very helpful tool for anyone looking to understand their cell phone habits. On the first day I installed this app, I was shocked by the fact that I used my phone for 4h 40m and checked my phone for 109 times. I know I've been using my phone a lot, but until that moment I never realized how heavily I was using my phone. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is interested in knowing their phone habits.

Very useful for Time Managment

Kole2016

I'm currently trying to improve my time management for the new year, I found this app. RealizD has been excellent for opening my eyes to how much time I spend my mobile phone, also helping me realize how often I mindlessly pick up my phone and how often I'm using it while with other things, instead of giving my undivided attention. Oh, one more thing, I like the insight feature, really smart and cool idea and it may have huge potential in future updates! Anyway, this is the first time I wrote such a long review cause I found this app really unique in today's overcrowded App Store.

Awesome but needs work

Lil Slatts

I use this app everyday.... Or, I try to. This app for some reason on my phone will not work everyday and give me a time that is completely off of what my actual time on my phone is, which is really annoying. Also, it has started to crash a lot. When the app does work, it is awesome, however it just needs some work that I hope is fixed.

Love it

Nice I like the features it would be cool if there was like a way to lock up your screen after you use enough hours.

Amazing!

I thought I only used my phone for 1-2 hours daily. I use it 5 hours daily! Crazy! I totally recommend this app! It really opens your eyes.

Great app. And eye opener.

So much of our lives is now wasted on mindless phone use. Take your hours back!

Very Interesting, But Always Needs Location

Shrimpy Jess

This is a a very interesting app that I used for a while and looked forward to using more. It was eye-opening to see how many times I check my phone in a day. However, the app is a drain on cell data and battery life because it does not work unless you allow the app to constantly monitor your location for "technical reasons" (vague much?). There needs to be a workaround for this. Other than that, great app.

I want my money back.

There's so much complicated and useless information about your phone usage that you can access, but nothing to help you get off your phone. It doesn't need to be this complicated. I could spend hours analyzing the graphs and at what time of day I have the most frequent and longest pick-ups, but who cares? It doesn't help me get off my phone-in fact, it makes me spend more time on it! I paid for the upgrade and all it did was send me a notification when I reached my limit. No other warnings when I passed my limit or was about to reach it. The screen free timer was useless. If I picked up my phone before my "break" was up, it still let me access my phone. No notification or anything that popped up to say "hey, you sure? You got 23 minutes left of your screen free time." The ambient music was annoying too. Can't believe I paid $3 for it. I could have just used the timer/reminders on my phone.

Makes me happier

GR8, useful, reliable - fix the FYI

McSear

REVIEW: Nicely designed app that's been smooth running for me for 12 days. GR8 UI - the 4 category tabs and 3 activity icons were just enough to get the job done. I esp. like the honest free version to test before going for the upgrade. #RECOMMENDED! tested iPhone 6 + iOS 9.3 FEEDBACK: Remove the location tracking permission message that appears once when the app is first used. Or clarify the message. This is confusing and seems like the app possibly wants to require a lot of GPS usage. Most users will mistakenly think they cannot afford the battery drain. Or the odd permission request will make them have concerns about privacy and they won't trust the app.
