Doesn’t work. I have location services turned on always but it still doesn’t track when I pick up and use my phone. It says I have been on my phone 0 minutes today and I’ve been on it at least 30 minutes

With iOS 13 the app no longer tracks and does anything. Developer needs to update. It was a terrific app that I have used for a couple years now.

Got it to bring awareness to how much my kids are using their phones so download myself as primary app user invited my kids (for the extra fee, did the 1 month) and waited. Son never got invite try to re-invite can’t do it. Screen is always in a continuous loop of loading or whatever, wants me to pay for another month far as I can see to re-invite. It always has my usage on there plotted in interesting ways, but just not user-friendly or what I was hoping it would be. To monitor my kids usage. Keep looking. To glitchy .

Doesn’t even work! I was on my phone for 41/2 hours and it didn’t register my 3 hour limit!!!!! The Challenge!!! Oh don’t even get me started!!!! I was off my phone 3 hours and it said I had 2 hours left! I don’t even know how that is possible ‘cause the challenge I have set is 30 minutes!

I can’t get this app to accurately record my phone use. It keeps telling me I’ve only picked my phone up once all day which is definitely not true.

I paid for a year of this apps services, added one family member and within a week not only was my family kicked out of the system I am now treated as if I have never had an account, well except for all the notices I get from the app trying to get me to buy another year. Don’t waste your money on this trash. Very disappointed.
Not working

The app worked for one full day but stopped the second and recorded nothing. I tried switching some settings and it still didn’t work. It’s great when it works but I have not got it to do so.
