NO APP for the iPAD

CLDees

There is no a app for the iPAD and the iphone app does not work well on the iPad. Not having an app is worse because you can go to Real Appeal via the iPad but when trying to track, the website forced me to use the iphone app.

Food tracker is worthless

Can't even use

It literally has zero of the foods I have eaten today. You have to manually enter everything. Every day. And you can't just add calories at the end of the day on the app, you have to do it online. Very disappointing for a weight loss support app. I'll just be tracking with my fitness pal. Get a way to make them link and it could be more stars. Only thing the app is good for is he meetings. Other than that it is garbage.

The Real Appeal Program good... App horrible

The app never works correctly. It constantly freezes and locks up. You can’t even control the volume. I typically use it when the children go to bed, so having the volume full blast doesn’t go over well. But then they play a video and I can’t hear. The latest update was a visual one. No functionality fixes. The trainers will tell you to reach out to tech support. To support everything is fixed by closing app and restarting. Most people know this, however there is a programming issue with this app. The developer doesn’t seem to care enough to fix.

Need to Improve ASAP!!

Very poorly designed and no ability to give in-app feedback. Stuck with it because my company and insurance chose this program as part of our benefits. 1. Inconsistent food measures with different types of items. Can't enter your own ounces in Salmon. Only selection is "3 oz" or pick your own grams or "1/2 of filet". (Who uses grams in the US?). But you can select ounces if you choose sirloin. 2. Can't move food to different meal types (lunch to breakfast) if you enter it in the wrong spot. Have to delete and redo the whole list. 3. Not intuitive to create a recipe. Can't pick various ingredients from your meal list and group them. You have to enter them all again. 4. 1/3 of the meal tracker page is smiley faces of "how hungry are you?" but you can't select them or add that to tracker. 5. You can't enter fractions/decimals. I entered .5 oz and the calories and grams recalculated but I couldn't save. Had to see the gram conversion and then go back and enter grams. What a pain!!! 14 grams of nuts?!

I like it

Iluvu2k

I've been a trainer for years, I'm following this for my clients and for myself...it's not hard to understand portion control and caloric intake. This app IS simple. But it's for journaling your progress. It keeps you focused on what you should do. No it's not as accurate as I would like. Hence 4 stars, but I feel it's easy to use, it's complicated enough changing your eating habits for a lifestyle change. But, if you're consistent. You WILL lose weight. Btw, I do wish it tracked through apple watch. But I measure my steps and exercise, entering it accordingly. I'm grateful that I have this with my insurance. It's better than trying to do it alone and without.

Needs work

Have to use this app because it's linked to the weight loss program with my health insurance company. For three days in a row, it has given a message stating it "can't track the data.. try again later". The majority of the food you eat, isn't in there or the calories are entered incorrectly and you have to correct it. Very high maintenance app. Needs work!

Awesome App

Nikkie_83

Awesome app only if it waited with Apple Watch

Tracker server

Belkis1224

Keeps telling me tracker server not available. Once it is fixed I will update to a different rating.

Still needs improvement

DesertLabRat

Please add Apple Watch support and Touch ID authentication to the app. It’s frustrating to have to spend money on another tracking device and having to type in a password every time just to get the full benefits of the app. ?

Good In Theory, But That’s About It

Lilmichellew75

The idea has merit and for the basics, it works fine BUT the chat sessions don’t always connect and when they do, they connect poorly, it can drain your battery if it gets stuck running in the background and you can’t open/close/back out of pages without closing and reopening the app. My advice? Do what you can do through the computer, not on your phone.
